  • YEARBOOK MEETING DURING LUNCH
  • Yearbooks are for sale! Pre-order this year’s 2023-2024 school yearbook. Cost is $45 cash or cheque at the school office. Quantities are limited, so pre-order now to avoid disappointment.
  • Don’t forget to buy your dance ticket. Set a reminder, tell your friends. Tickets for the dance will be on sale until Friday. The dance is only for students that attend NHS. There will be no tickets sold at the door.
    • Buy your ticket at lunch or see Ms Martin in the Flex room.
  • If we do not sell 100 tickets for the dance by Friday it will be cancelled and Mr. Burns will be so sad that he has nowhere to wear his glow in the dark face paint! 
  • Badminton players please drop your jerseys off in the gym office.
  • MB Robot games meeting today! Remember we are hosting Morris school to compete against their wired sumo bots. Make sure your bot is ready to roll!
  • Bear Clan is happening on May 23rd, if you would like to sign-up or would like more information come talk to Ms.Trin
  • Reminder that both the NHS Black and Red Rocket League teams are playing in the national tournament tomorrow! Please be online by 9:30 a.m.!
  • If you were not around for Mrs. Wiebe’s talk on course selection for next year, please stop by her office for the information. Course selection forms will be emailed to you on Monday, April 22. 
  • Track Running practice at lunch for all runners today INSIDE. Please be ready to run and roll at 12:35. 
  • The first track meet will be on May 2. (Just became known yesterday.) You need to have been at practices to attend meets.

NHS News – March 2024

As we welcome the arrival of March, I am reminded that Daylight Saving Time begins this weekend, meaning we “spring ahead” and set our clocks forward by one hour.
