“Together, we’ve learned, grown, and thrived.”

Dear NHS Families, Students, and Staff,

It’s hard to believe that we’ve entered the final month of the 2024-25 school year. As we reflect on the past ten months, we are filled with gratitude, pride, and admiration for our students, staff, and families. This year has been a remarkable journey, one filled with learning, growth, challenges overcome, and many unforgettable moments. It has been an incredible privilege getting to know our Niverville parents and students as my first year of serving you and this community wraps up. I look forward to continuing our journey and welcoming our new NHS families and students in September!

Throughout the year, our students have demonstrated resilience, perseverance, and a genuine commitment to personal and academic success. We are proud of the effort and achievement we’ve seen across all grade levels. Together, as a school community, we’ve navigated through both celebrations and challenges, and emerged stronger, more connected, and more inspired.

We are excited to welcome Mrs. Holly Anderson from Kleefeld School as our new Vice Principal. We look forward to the insight and leadership she will bring to our team.

Moving This Summer?

If your family is relocating over the summer months, please contact the HSD Transportation Department at 204-320-2347 to update your information and ensure a smooth transition into the new year.

Parent Portal / Student Information

The HSD Parent Portal is a communication tool designed to enhance and increase parent/guardian involvement in the education of their children by providing secure online access to their child’s student information. With a single username and password, you can access data for each of your children attending an HSD school. If you are new to NHS and/or need help with accessing your account, please contact the school office at 204-388-9761.

Please take a few minutes to review the student information and contact information for your child. It is important that the school has the current address and contact information for your child in case it is necessary to reach someone during the school day. Changes can be made by contacting the school office.

A Summer Message from Us to You

As we enter June, we not only close a chapter but begin to set goals for the next. The summer months are an important time to recharge, connect as a family, and prepare for the road ahead. While the change in routine can bring some uncertainty, we encourage you to create a summer rhythm that includes time together, rest, and fun.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to each member of the NHS community, students, parents, staff, and supporters. Your partnership is the heart of what makes this school so special. Thank you for your trust, care, and involvement.

Wishing you all a safe, restful, and joyful summer. We look forward to welcoming our returning students in the fall!

Kind regards,

Paul Grosskopf
Principal
