  • SLT meeting today at lunch in the Flex room.
  • Grad vs.Teachers Hockey Game is happening this week Wednesday, April 24th 2:30-3:30. Students who purchase tickets and attend the game will be excused from their last class of the day. When you purchase your ticket you will be entered into a draw to win one of five gift cards, the draw for the gift cards will happen at the game. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the game so bring a few extra bucks with you. Tickets are on sale at lunch in the lobby until the 23rd. 
  • Huge congrats to our Panthers U15 Rocket League team for finishing top two in their pool and advancing to quarter finals in Nationals this past weekend. Another shout out to the U18 squad who made the semi-finals on the amateur bracket!
  • DRAGON BOAT MEETING TODAY AT LUNCH IN ROOM 205 – YOU NEED TO COME IF YOU SIGNED UP
  • Run your race track and field today at lunch and at 3:45 after school. This will key up your training moving forward.
  • First track meet is next Thursday at Winkler. 
  • Rocket League provincials this week for our NHS Panthers Black team! Games start at 4:15 Wednesday, practice at lunch.
  • YEARBOOK MEETINGS ALL WEEK DURING LUNCH. OUR DEADLINE IS APPROACHING!! THANK YOU.
  • Yearbooks are for sale! Pre-order this year’s 2023-2024 school yearbook. Cost is $45 cash or cheque at the school office. Quantities are limited, so pre-order now to avoid disappointment.

NHS News – March 2024

As we welcome the arrival of March, I am reminded that Daylight Saving Time begins this weekend, meaning we “spring ahead” and set our clocks forward by one hour.
