Where has the school year gone??? It is hard to believe that we have entered the last month of school for the 2023-2024 school year. We have had a busy year of teaching, learning, and growing. Together, we have navigated challenges and celebrated successes and I am proud of our students for their efforts and achievement.
We are already looking ahead to the next school year and preparations are underway to ensure a smooth start. Course selection for next year is complete and we are now in the midst of creating student schedules. Our hope is to have those ready by the end of June.
Here are a few specific things to note . . .

Farewell
As the year comes to a close we would like to acknowledge a few staff members who are leaving. We thank Jenni Schellenberg and Kayla Palfi for their time at NHS and wish them all the best with their future plans. We are also saying goodbye to Danielle Marion and Dan Tessmann who are moving on to other teaching adventures. Deanna Wiebe is retiring and we thank her for all the years of hard work and support she has given to the students and families of Niverville. Carlee Penner is transferring to NHS from Landmark and will be taking on the guidance role starting in September. And as you already know, I am also leaving NHS and moving on to new opportunities. I know NHS holds a special place in all of our hearts as we embark on the changes that lie ahead.
