Welcome

Greetings to Students and Families!

Welcome to Niverville High School. The launch of the website today means we are that much closer to opening day. In just over two months we will be walking through the doors of our brand new school!

Planning for a new school has been an exciting undertaking. My days have been filled with deciphering blueprints, choosing school colors, and ordering furniture, but the best part has been meeting with staff and students to talk about teaching and learning. I’ve been connecting with a lot of great teachers and kids who are just as excited about the new school as I am. There is a lot of enthusiasm to explore new opportunities as we prepare for the opening of Niverville High School.

There are so many things to consider when starting a new school but the priority is to establish a climate that invokes a passion for learning and fuels school pride, and to develop a collaborative culture where we work together, learn together, and truly care about one another.

I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this unique process so far and I’m really looking forward to getting into the school. I am grateful for the strong foundation that has been built and excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.

See you soon!

Kimberley Funk, Principal
